When should I receive my refund?

When you click on "My Orders" in your TOPUPLIVE account, view your refunded paid orders. Here is the meaning of the status:

Refund status : Refunded

This means that : Your order refund has been completed on TOPUPLIVE. The money has been processed and credited to your TOPUPLIVE account balance.

Note: TOPUPLIVE supports refunds to your original payment method/bank account. Some payments cannot continue with the original method.
