How do I pay with online banking?

  1. Log into your online banking portal/mobile banking app and transfer the payment using your bank account information in the order checkout page.
  2. You can enter our support email at service@topuplive.com (optional) in the recipient's email and let us know that you are forwarding payment to us.
  3. Intercept bank receipts or your transaction history for verification.
  4. Contacted us via KchatTOPUPLIVE supports to verify and confirm your payment. Upon successful receipt of your payment, your order will be processed.

Note:

For payment transactions made after 12:00 am (GMT+8), customers must include our support email in the recipient's email field, i.e. service@topuplive.com. This will enable us to receive and confirm payments efficiently.
