Change my email address and/or cell phone number

After the user requests to change their email address/phone number, TOPUPLIVE requires additional identification to continue. This is to protect your TOPUPLIVE account from potential Financial crime, risk or fraud

Here is how to proceed:

Step 1:Contact through KChat TOPUPLIVE customer service.

Step 2:Notify you of the reason for changing your email address/phone number.

Step 3:TOPUPLIVE customer service will send you a verification code.

- Change email address: TOPUPLIVE customer service will send a verification code to your phone number

- Change phone number: TOPUPLIVE customer service will send a verification code to your email address

Step 4: Notify TOPUPLIVE customer service of the received verification code

Step 5:After updating to a new email address/phone number, you need to do the following:

- New email address: Reset your password before logging into your account.

- New mobile number: Reverify your mobile number.
