How does TOPUPLIVE protect buyers?

In what circumstances will TOPUPLIVE cover the buyer's purchase:

  • The buyer has not received their order, such as the ordered product/service
  • The products/services received by the buyer are significantly different from their description.

How can I obtain a refund?

  • All sales are final, and refund requests will not be accepted unless any of the above situations occur.
  • The buyer shall report to TOPUPLIVE within 72 hours after the delivery of the product/service. After investigation by TOPUPLIVE, its decision is final. If the report is true, a refund can be processed.
  • The refund should be returned to the buyer within 14 working days, depending on the payment method you are using.

TOPUPLIVE Excluding the following content:

  • The buyer has verified and confirmed receipt of the order
  • Consumers regret it .
  • Any transaction conducted outside of the TOPUPLIVE online market
  • Any changes/updates made by the official game developer or game publisher after successful delivery.

TOPUPLIVE does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to take legal action and permanently suspend the buyer's account for submitting fraudulent claims.

After you confirm that the received product/service meets the definition in the product list and is in working condition, the buyer should confirm receipt of your order. Confirming receipt of your order indicates that you are satisfied with the purchase and agree to make payment to the TOPUPLIVE platform

If the relevant buyer fails to raise or file any complaints, issues, and/or claims with TOPUPLIVE within 72 hours after the delivery of the purchased products and/or services, it shall be deemed that the buyer has accepted the purchased products and/or services. For orders that have already been paid to the TOPUPLIVE platform, there is no right to refund

If a transaction dispute occurs, the buyer has 72 hours to respond to our request for detailed information by providing verification evidence. If the buyer fails to do so within the specified time frame, the issue will be deemed resolved and the dispute will end

TOPUPLIVE does not cover all payment disputes or refunds. If such a situation occurs, we will stop the investigation and any requests, including refunds, will not be accepted.
