Arc Type

Solid

Mint's newest teammate from CSU2 is here! Shinku is an icy yet decisive Cosmos-attribute dragon girl hypercarry utilizing unique dual-form mechanics. In normal form, she stacks Cosmos DMG and builds her Defiant Spirit Gauge. Once filled, she enters "Surging Crimson" (Rampage Form), where her basic attacks transform into "Tidal Assault" and she gains massive world exploration bonuses (faster movement/climbing). With her ultimate chaining from Crimson Fury → Crimson Judgment → Ultimate Dragonflame Verdict, she deals devastating wide-AOE Cosmos damage.

Furthermore, her Charge Cycle Enhancement heavily boosts your off-field characters' charge rates, making her a phenomenal center-piece for Solid team architectures!

Phase 2 (Iroi) July 29, 2026 – August 19

Anima

Arc Type

Liquid

The warm and wildly popular street prodigy Iroi arrives right after! Operating as an Anima-attribute Liquid character, her unique kit revolves around summoning three dream lambs: Phantasos, Morpheus, and Ikelos. By holding her Redirect skill, she can place 3 teammates into the "Regression state", making them completely invincible as they are temporarily replaced by her lambs.

Her ultimate, "Gates of Dreams", adapts dynamically: below her Imagination threshold, it continuously heals the whole team (Dream of the Horned Gate); above it, it nukes all enemies while resurrecting fallen allies (Dream of the Ivory Gate)! Her passive allows her to duplicate Vitabuds, and she can even interact with small world animals twice a day for useful free loot!

💡 Version 1.2 Patch Notes Bonus: Both 1.2 banners run for exactly 21 days back-to-back, accompanied by Skin Perks events where outfits can drop directly or via pity. Two major Arc Research Programs (Resolve Special for Shinku and Dreamgate Special for Iroi) will launch in sync. Additionally, the Exchange Shop will refresh at launch, allowing Appraisers to trade Lost Pieces for Dice and up to 20 Tri-Keys! Save those pieces!

1.3 Banner

Phase 1 (Exe)

1.3-1_resized.jpg

The Captain of E.T.D. Squad 6 and currently the most handsome male character in NTE. However, he is also the only other male "satellite" character besides Version 1.1's Chaos. As the Captain of Squad 6 with a cool, aloof demeanor, his character design easily positions him to be a major marquee release. I believe Exe will highly likely boast top-tier performance, serving as a powerful Main DPS of the 1.0 era.

Phase 2 (Lingko)

1.3-2_resized.jpg

A member of E.T.D. Squad 6. Judging by her name, Lingko is highly likely an Anima-attribute character, a theory further solidified by her having an Anomalous partner. Looking strictly at her character design, Lingko shares a very similar visual aesthetic with Hania, though their personalities are entirely different.

1.4 Banner

Phase 1 (Nitsa)

1.4-1_resized.jpg

One of the two major trump cards NTE currently has up its sleeve. In terms of design intricacy, Nitsa ranks at the absolute top among all satellite characters. It is highly visible that Nitsa will likely have her own dedicated growth arc, starting as a reserve member and blooming from there—a certified marquee character spot.

Phase 2 (Elyms)

1.4-2_resized.jpg

The Vice-Captain of E.T.D. Squad 6, whose release date will likely be further down the line. Elyms is a blue-haired young lady with an ice cream aesthetic atop her head, sporting a predominantly white color scheme in her attire. She will likely end up as either an Aether or Psyche attribute character, leaning toward a Support role.

1.5 Banner

Phase 1 (Akane Rin)

1.5-1_resized_cropped.jpg

It's undeniable that Akane Rin has a wealthy of backstory waiting to be uncovered. Her past memories with Umitsuki, the background behind her abandoning the stage, and her character growth arc as she rediscovers her passion for music are all perfect stepping stones laid out for this exclusive NTE diva.

Generally speaking, the main storyline needs to wrap up a bit before certain side plots can unfold, such as a diva's character arc. Because of this, I believe Akane Rin won't debut until Version 1.5. I wonder if she will turn out to be a highly versatile, must-have Meta Support, just like Yaojiayin?

Phase 2 (TBA)

Phase 2 banner details have not yet been revealed. Please stay tuned!

2.0 Banner

Alphard

2.0_resized.jpg

The Chief's character model is incredibly intricate. However, as the highest-ranking authority figure in the current lore, the Chief will likely take a long time to finally be implemented. If I had to take a wild guess, we'll probably have to wait until Version 2.0 or beyond.

Conclusion

Version 1.2 "Scarborough Fair" is setting an unprecedented benchmark for NTE! Whether you want to tear through enemies with Shinku's devastating Cosmos dragonflame bursts or protect your team with Iroi's invincible lamb-regression and full-team resurrection, this patch demands your pull resources. Don't forget to clean out the Exchange Shop for those 20 Tri-Keys right after the update drops!

Which 1.2 powerhouse are you pulling for? The relentless dragon girl Shinku, or the dream-weaving savior Iroi?
