1. Basic Attack - Sweet and Sour

Lacrimosa has two interchangeable basic attack stances (switch via Aim button):

• Tomato Metal (Frying Pan Stance): Swings a frying pan for up to 5 consecutive attacks, dealing Chaos DMG. The 2nd hit launches a projectile that can be detonated by follow-up attacks for extra explosion damage.
• Tomato Percussion (Red Jelly Stance): Manipulates red jelly modules for up to 5 consecutive attacks, dealing Chaos DMG.

Flavor Variation (Stance Switch):

• In Tomato Metal: Tosses the frying pan and performs a forward flying kick, dealing AoE Chaos DMG and switching to Tomato Percussion.
• In Tomato Percussion: Leaps into the air and slams the ground, dealing AoE Chaos DMG and switching to Tomato Metal.

Other Basic Attack Features:

• Lycopersicum Meteors (Plunge): Press attack in mid-air for a downward smash. Damage increases with fall height (up to 100%+ bonus).
• Critical Riposte: After a perfect dodge, follow up with attack to throw multiple red jellies, dealing 6 instances of AoE Chaos DMG and reducing Break gauge.
• Nightmare: Every hit applies Nightmare stacks (max 10). Multi-hit attacks can stack multiple layers per cast. Nightmare deals Chaos DoT every second for 3 seconds (duration extendable via Awakening).

2. Skill - Morning Tomato

Throws numerous unfinished Esper constructs, dealing 1 instance of Chaos DMG to all targets in range and applying Nightmare. Can combo directly into the 5th hit of Basic Attack.

Redirect Skill - Devilish Gift (Devilish Inspiration):

• Hold Aim on an enemy to deal damage and learn their combat technique, temporarily replacing Morning Tomato.
• Upon casting, creates an imitating construct that replicates the learned skill with matching effects (duration matches original).
• Cannot move during casting (can cancel or switch characters); takes damage if hit.
• Learned techniques are permanently saved and can be swapped or forgotten to restore the original skill. This is Lacrimosa’s signature mechanic for boss-specific adaptation and creative combos.

3. Ultimate - Working Day Judgement

Changes based on current basic attack stance:

• Tomato Metal: Summons trucks that deal 10 instances of AoE Chaos DMG and apply Nightmare.
• Tomato Percussion: Dismantles a vehicle, dealing 5 instances of AoE Chaos DMG and applying Nightmare (often more concentrated).

The Ultimate rapidly stacks Nightmare and serves as a powerful burst tool.

4. Support Skill - Microwake

Quickly manipulates an Esper construct, dealing 1 instance of AoE Chaos DMG (great for quick swaps).

Sleepwalk: Outside combat, hold Dodge to transform into a bat and fly freely (consumes stamina), improving exploration mobility.

5. Passives

• Tomato Banquet: When Discord triggers on an already Broken target, deals additional damage equal to 400% ATK (major burst enabler).
• Sleep In: During skill cooldown, using Basic Attack 5 times grants 1 extra Morning Tomato charge (triggers once per cooldown).

6. Skill upgrade priority

Skill upgrade priority is generally Basic Attack > Ultimate = Skill.
