Topuplive Subscription Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By purchasing or activating an automatic renewal subscription service on Topuplive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subscription Authorization & Billing

By subscribing, you authorize Topuplive to automatically charge your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle following the initial subscription period or any free/promotional trial.

2.1 Price Fluctuation

You acknowledge that the renewal price may fluctuate due to factors including but not limited to changes in currency exchange rates or adjustments made by the third-party service providers. The final charge will be based on the applicable rate on the renewal date.

2.2 Renewal Reminder

A renewal reminder will be sent via Email and Site Message 3 days prior to the scheduled deduction date.

3. Payment Retry Policy

If an automatic payment fails, the system will retry the charge.

  • Retry Interval: Every 12 hours
  • Maximum Attempts: 4 total attempts

During the retry period, your subscription service will remain active.

If payment is unsuccessful after the 4th attempt, the subscription will be automatically cancelled. However, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

4. Delivery of Virtual Goods

  • Processing Time: After successful payment, top-ups are typically credited within 5 minutes.
  • Possible Delays: In rare situations, delivery may take longer. If items are not received within 30 minutes, please contact Customer Support at [email protected].

4.1 Refunds to Wallet Balance

If a paid subscription order fails to be delivered, or if the transaction is blocked due to Topuplive's security or risk control review, the refund will be credited to the user's Topuplive wallet balance by default, unless otherwise required by applicable law, payment channel rules, or platform policies.

4.1.1 Delivery Failure Refunds

If the refund is caused by a delivery failure, the refunded amount will be automatically returned to the user's available wallet balance and may be used for future top-ups or other purchases on the platform.

4.1.2 Risk Control Refunds

If the refund is caused by security or risk control interception, the refunded amount will be automatically returned to the user's frozen wallet balance. Such frozen balance may be used after the user completes KYC verification within 24 hours and passes the relevant review requirements.

4.1.3 Refund to Original Payment Method Upon Request

If the user wishes to have funds that were refunded to the wallet balance returned to the original payment account, the user may contact Customer Support for assistance. Any such request will be processed subject to applicable payment channel rules, identity verification, and Topuplive's review procedures.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

  • How to Cancel: Cancel via the subscription management function in your Account Settings.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of the current paid period.

6. Service Termination by Platform

Topuplive reserves the right to terminate a subscription under circumstances including:

  • The product becomes out of stock or discontinued.
  • The transaction triggers security or risk control measures.

Users will be notified via Email and Site Message. Upon termination, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

7. Disclaimer

Topuplive is a third-party top-up service provider. We are not responsible for account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by the official game/app developer unless directly caused by our operational error. Users are responsible for ensuring that their account status is normal and eligible before subscribing.

8. Modifications to Agreement

Topuplive reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the subscription service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be finally settled by arbitration in Singapore. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
