▍Neverness to Everness Future Banner Leaks

1.1-2.0 Roadmap

1.1 Banner

1.1 Banner Release Date: Neverness to Everness Version 1.1 is expected to release around June 3–4, 2026, following the conclusion of the Version 1.0 patch cycle.

Phase 1 (Lacrimosa)

Lacrimosa is an S-tier Chaos-attribute Main DPS and the absolute core of the Disharmony system. Her team composition logic is highly similar to Baicang's, and as things stand, she will very likely serve as a direct upgrade to Baicang, seamlessly taking over all of his optimal teammates.

Phase 2 (Chaos)

Chaos is an S-tier Phase-attribute character. Currently, the two existing Phase-attribute characters, Hathor and Skia, are primarily deployed in Xiaozhi team compositions to provide her with the Surge reaction chain. If his multipliers and kit mechanics prove to be top-tier, Chaos could even enable Nanally to drop Sakiri or Adler from her roster, pivoting instead to Chaos to unlock a Surge reaction with a much higher damage ceiling.

1.2 Banner

Phase 1 (Shinku)

A member of C.S.U. Division 2, sharing the same faction as Mint. Designed as a naturally magnetic dragon girl, Shinku currently appears to be the primary powerhouse of Division 2. Given the massive amount of character resources allocated to her, she has firmly secured her spot as the first major marquee character for a major patch. She is definitely worth the anticipation.

Phase 2 (Iroi)

A striking young girl with eye-catching green hair. At present, the character feels a bit overly designed, and it might be for the best if they scale her back slightly in future updates. As a fellow member of C.S.U. Division 2, Iroi currently has no storylines in the present version. It is highly anticipated that her character arc will be fleshed out alongside Shinku's in the upcoming patches.

1.3 Banner

Phase 1 (Exe)

The Captain of E.T.D. Squad 6 and currently the most handsome male character in NTE. However, he is also the only other male "satellite" character besides Version 1.1's Chaos. As the Captain of Squad 6 with a cool, aloof demeanor, his character design easily positions him to be a major marquee release. I believe Exe will highly likely boast top-tier performance, serving as a powerful Main DPS of the 1.0 era.

Phase 2 (Lingko)

A member of E.T.D. Squad 6. Judging by her name, Lingko is highly likely an Anima-attribute character, a theory further solidified by her having an Anomalous partner. Looking strictly at her character design, Lingko shares a very similar visual aesthetic with Hania, though their personalities are entirely different.

1.4 Banner

Phase 1 (Nitsa)

One of the two major trump cards NTE currently has up its sleeve. In terms of design intricacy, Nitsa ranks at the absolute top among all satellite characters. It is highly visible that Nitsa will likely have her own dedicated growth arc, starting as a reserve member and blooming from there—a certified marquee character spot.

Phase 2 (Elyms)

The Vice-Captain of E.T.D. Squad 6, whose release date will likely be further down the line. Elyms is a blue-haired young lady with an ice cream aesthetic atop her head, sporting a predominantly white color scheme in her attire. She will likely end up as either an Aether or Psyche attribute character, leaning toward a Support role.

1.5 Banner

Phase 1 (Akane Rin)

It's undeniable that Akane Rin has a wealthy of backstory waiting to be uncovered. Her past memories with Umitsuki, the background behind her abandoning the stage, and her character growth arc as she rediscovers her passion for music are all perfect stepping stones laid out for this exclusive NTE diva.

Generally speaking, the main storyline needs to wrap up a bit before certain side plots can unfold, such as a diva's character arc. Because of this, I believe Akane Rin won't debut until Version 1.5. I wonder if she will turn out to be a highly versatile, must-have Meta Support, just like Yaojiayin?

Phase 2 (TBA)

2.0 Banner

Alphard

The Chief's character model is incredibly intricate. However, as the highest-ranking authority figure in the current lore, the Chief will likely take a long time to finally be implemented. If I had to take a wild guess, we'll probably have to wait until Version 2.0 or beyond.

And that's wrapped up for everything in this feature! As you can tell, among NTE's future lineup of upcoming characters, there is currently only one limited male character, with all the others being female. Neverness to Everness has clearly laid out a solid foundation for characters in future versions, so there's no need to worry about content production pacing.
