Pull Recommendations: Consider pulling if you have Yuzuha and Vivian. If you already have a Delusional Angel team, you can safely skip.

Promeia is an Anomaly DPS specializing in Ether Outbreak damage. She boosts the entire squad's Ether Outbreak DMG, making her a strong candidate for Dual-DPS compositions. Her optimal Anomaly Sub-DPS partner is Vivian; add the Anomaly-specialist Support Yuzuha, and the team is complete. It is highly recommended to secure these two characters before pulling for Promeia.

However, Promeia is not a "must-pull" if you already run a Delusional Angel team. That team remains a top-tier Anomaly squad capable of clearing high-difficulty Anomaly content. Furthermore, if you are already invested in a Hoshimi Miyabi team, Promeia isn't strictly necessary—both serve as Ice Anomaly DPS units and both heavily contest for Yuzuha as a teammate.
Pull Recommendations: Highly recommended for players running Life-Loss DPS units, essentially a "must-pull" if you use Yixuan.

Lucia is the premier Support for the Life-Loss archetype. Currently, every Life-Loss DPS relies heavily on her utility, and it is unlikely that a new Support will emerge to replace her in the near future. If your primary Life-Loss DPS is Yixuan, pulling for Lucia becomes even more critical. The synergy between Yixuan and Lucia is exceptionally powerful, forming one of the strongest team cores in the current meta.

Pull Recommendations: Consider pulling if you lack a Life-Loss DPS, skip if you already own Yixuan.

Life-Loss is a new mechanic introduced in Season 2 that allows agents to deal massive damage by ignoring DEF, making it an incredibly powerful archetype. To promote this playstyle, certain stages now feature enemies with extremely high DEF stats that practically necessitate a Life-Loss DPS to clear efficiently. Having at least one Life-Loss DPS is vital for the Season 2 meta; if your roster is missing one, Starlight Billy is a solid choice. His optimal team composition consists of Lucia and Rion.

However, given the number of Life-Loss units released throughout Season 2, most veteran players likely already have one—specifically Yixuan. If you already own Yixuan, Starlight Billy is not a mandatory pull. Since both function as the core of a Life-Loss team, they would end up competing for the same specialized teammates.
Pull Recommendations: Pull if you are building a Anby Demara Follow-Up team.

The recommendation for Orphie & Magus is quite straightforward due to her highly specialized role: she functions strictly as a Sub-DPS for Anby Demara Follow-Up compositions. If you are dedicated to playing a Anby Demara team, she is worth considering; otherwise, she is an easy skip.

From a pure "meta-strength" perspective, she is not a mandatory pull. Even with the "complete" Follow-Up squad consisting of Anby Demara, Trigger, and Orphie & Magus, the team's overall performance doesn't quite reach the top-tier power levels of other premium compositions.
Pull Recommendations: If you are planning to pull for Promeia, it is highly recommended to aim for M0S1, as her Signature W-Engine, Frostball Sickle, is the primary source of her combat viability. For those not pulling for Promeia, this W-Engine is an easy skip. It has extremely low versatility and offers very poor performance when equipped on other Anomaly Agents.

Pull Recommendations: If you play Life-Loss compositions and plan to pull for Lucia, her Signature W-Engine is highly recommended. Compared to Promeia's signature, Lucia's W-Engine offers much higher versatility, ensuring that future Life-Loss DPS units can also benefit from its effects. However, if you do not play the Life-Loss archetype, this is a skip. The buffs it provides offer very low value for Support Agents outside of this specific playstyle.

Pull Recommendations: For new players who do not have Yixuan and wish to build a Physical Life-Loss team, consider pulling for his Signature W-Engine only after securing Starlight Billy. For those who already own Yixuan, pulling is not recommended; the combination of Yixuan + Lucia offers far more versatility than Starlight Billy with his signature weapon.Unless you are a dedicated fan of the character, pulling is not suggested. This W-Engine provides a significant boost exclusively to Starlight Billy and suffers from poor versatility across other Agents.

Pull Recommendations: This W-Engine is recommended only for players running a dedicated Follow-Up squad consisting of Anby Demara, Trigger, and Orphie & Magus. For "meta-chasers" focused purely on power levels, this is not a recommended pull; the overall strength of Follow-Up teams is not currently top-tier, and the boost provided by this Signature W-Engine is limited. Players who do not play Follow-Up compositions should skip this entirely, as its versatility is extremely low.

Keep in mind that the two new characters in Version 2.8—the Anomaly DPS Promeia and the Life-Loss DPS Starlight Billy—may compete for teammates within your existing party compositions. Be sure to consider your current roster synergy before pulling. With Versions 3.0 and 3.1 right around the corner, if there are any upcoming characters you have your eye on, remember to save up your Polychromes.
