▍ZZZ 2.2 Dawn's Bloom
Suitable Characters: Soldier 11, Nekomiya Mana, Ellen, Zhu Yuan, Seed.
2-Pc: Increases Basic Attack DMG by 15%.
4-Pc: Increases Basic Attack DMG by 20%. When an Attack agent uses their Enhanced Special Attack or Ultimate, Basic Attack DMG is additionally increased by 20% for 25s.
Clearly, this Drive Disc set is suitable for Attack agents whose primary source of damage is their Basic Attack, such as the ones listed above.
Most of these characters originally used their elemental-specific sets, such as Soldier 11's Fire set, Ellen's Ice set, and Zhu Yuan's Ether set. The drawback of these elemental sets is that their effects cannot be triggered consistently, and they heavily restrict team composition. For example, if Ellen uses the Ice set, it's best to pair her with Lycaon and Soukaku—a team full of Ice characters—to trigger the set's effect easily. Adding other teammates makes it harder to trigger the Ice set's effect.
Dawn's Bloom, on the other hand, not only significantly boosts Basic Attack DMG but is also very easy to trigger—just use an Enhanced Special Attack or Ultimate. These Attack agents, while focused on Basic Attack output, naturally incorporate their Enhanced Special Attacks or Ultimates into their combos. During combat, you don't need to pay special attention; the effect triggers naturally.
It's just a shame that, aside from Seed, Dawn's Bloom is best suited for older main DPS characters. If you're still playing them, it's worth farming for. If not, you can probably skip it. As a side note, Asaba Harumasa does NOT use this set. His melee attacks may look like Basic Attacks, but they are actually considered Dash Attacks (part of the Dodge mechanic), so he should use the 4-Pc set Shadow Harmony

4-Pc: When a Support agent uses their Enhanced Special Attack or Ultimate, all party members' DMG dealt is increased by 18% for 25s.
First, its DMG bonus is lower than that of the Yao Set. The Yao set can provide up to a 24% DMG increase at max stacks, albeit only for one character. However, most teams currently focus on a single main DPS anyway. Therefore, Astra Yao should definitely still use the Yao set. Soukaku is mostly used in Miyabi teams now and requires the 4-Pc Freedom Blues set. If used in an Ellen team, she can use this Moonlight set, allowing Lycaon to use the Yao set. Yuzuha, if in a Miyabi/Yuzuha/Soukaku team, should use the Yao set. In other teams, she can also use this Moonlight set.
For the remaining Support agents, there previously weren't really suitable Drive Disc options: the Yao set couldn't stack its DMG bonus effectively on them, and the Swing Jazz set required using an Chain Attack or Ultimate to trigger its DMG bonus, resulting in very low uptime. Now, the Moonlight set is perfect—either an Enhanced Special Attack or Ultimate can trigger the DMG bonus, and the duration lasts a long 25 seconds, essentially allowing the entire team to have nearly 100% uptime on the DMG boost.
It's highly likely that "Moonlight Lullaby" was written for Luciana, the new character expected in version 2.3. The Moonlight set is essentially prepared for Luciana, with other Support agents just benefiting from the spillover.

The new Drive Disc domain is quite efficient to farm. Since you will definitely need Support agents, you'll need to farm the Moonlight set.
