The Dahlia will debut in HSR v3.8. She’s a powerful 5-star Fire Nihility character who serves as a Break support—the perfect teammate for Firefly.
The Dahlia can grant allies significant Break Effect and SPD boosts, restore Energy and Skill Points, and inflict Weakness as well as reduce enemy DEF.

| Should You Pull For The Dahlia's Signature Lightcone?
>Signature Lightcone
Never Forget Her Flame

Rarity: ★★★★★ Path: The Preservation
HP: 1164.2 / ATK: 529.20 / DEF: 463.05
>Effect:
Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 60% / 75% / 90% / 105% / 120%. When entering combat, increases Break DMG dealt by the wearer and another teammate who triggered combat by 32% / 42% / 52% / 62% / 72%. If there is no teammate who triggered combat, applies this effect to the wearer and the teammate with the highest Break Effect. Effects of the same type cannot be stacked. When the wearer applies Weakness to an enemy target, recovers 1 Skill Point. This effect can only trigger once, and trigger count resets when using Ultimate.
> Alternative:
Solitary Healing
Rarity: ★★★★★ Path: The Preservation
HP: 1058.4 / ATK: 529.20 / DEF: 396.90
>Effect:
Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40% . When the wearer uses their Ultimate, increases DoT dealt by the wearer by 24% / 30% / 36% / 42% / 48% , lasting for 2 turn(s). When a target enemy suffering from DoT imposed by the wearer is defeated, regenerates 4 / 4.5 / 5 / 5.5 / 6 Energy for the wearer.
Holiday Thermae Escapade

Rarity: ★★★★ Path: The Preservation
HP: 1058.4 / ATK: 529.20 / DEF: 330.75
>Effect:
Increases the wearer's DMG dealt by 16% / 20% / 24% / 28% / 32% . After the wearer attacks, there is a 100% base chance that the attacked target is inflicted with Vulnerability, increasing the DMG they receive by 10% / 11.5% / 13% / 14.5% / 16% for 2 turn(s). The same effect type cannot be stacked.
Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat

Rarity: ★★★★ Path: The Preservation
HP: 952.6 / ATK: 476.28 / DEF: 330.75
>Effect:
When the wearer hits an enemy and if the hit enemy is not already "Ensnared," then there is a 60% / 70% / 80% / 90% / 100% base chance to "Ensnare" the hit enemy. "Ensnared" enemies' DEF decreases by 12% / 13% / 14% / 15% / 16% for 1 turn(s).
Overall, aside from her signature Lightcone, The Dahlia doesn’t really have any fit alternatives. Solitary Healing provides Break Effect and works well in most situations, while Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat is better suited for MoC thanks to its DEF reduction. Holiday Thermae Escapade is also a solid general option, offering a bit of extra damage.
In my opinion, The Dahlia's signature Lightcone is definitely worth pulling — it not only grants a huge Break Effect boost but also restores Skill Points, making it a major upgrade over any substitute options.
| The Dahlia Eidolons Pull Guide
1 When a Bud Readies to Bloom
Applies Talent's Super Break DMG multiplier provided to "Dance Partner" to all ally characters, with "Dance Partner" additionally receiving a 40% boost. After "Dance Partner" uses an attack, deals an additional fixed amount of Toughness Reduction equal to 25% of the enemy target's Max Toughness (minimum of 10 points, up to 300 points). This effect can only trigger once per enemy target, and the trigger count for each target resets after the enemy target receives a killing blow.
-Due to the introduction of enemies with multiple Toughness bars, the 25% Toughness Reduction is less impressive.
-Overall gain: 15%+

2 Fresh, Ethereal, and Beloved
When The Dahlia is on the field, decreases all enemies' All-Type RES by 20%. When an enemy target enters the field, immediately inflicts "Wilt" state on them, lasting for 3 turn(s).
-More beneficial for Rappa and Boothill. Firefly usually has Fire Weakness active throughout the fight.
-Overall gain: 20%+.

3 Pity Its Petals Thin as Mist
Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

4 Pity Its Heart Gnawed by Worms
Increases the instances of DMG dealt by Talent's Follow-Up ATK by 5, and every hit increases the target's DMG taken by 12%, lasting for 2 turn(s).
-Break teams already stack many “DMG Taken” debuffs. Also generates more Energy due to more hit instances, so depending on the combat environment, you may consider chasing “2 actions + 1 Ultimate” cycles.
-Overall gain: 10%+.

5 Fallen, Decayed, and Despised
Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.

6 And Yet, Always, Deathly Beautiful
Increases The Dahlia's Break Effect by 150%. When using her Talent's Follow-Up ATK, advances the next action of all "Dance Partners" by 20%.
-Since Dance Partner attacks frequently trigger Dahlia’s Follow-Up, the 20% action advance occurs very often.
-Overall gain: 40%+.

>Recommended Eidolons
Based on overall value, these Eidolon setups are recommended:
E0S0 - E1S0 - E2S0 - E2S1 - E6S1
-Lightcone vs. E1?
I personally lean toward E1 first.
Under normal circumstances, the difference is small, but E1's maximum 25% Toughness Reduction can create a qualitative power spike in specific encounters.
| Is The Dahlia Worth Pulling For Firefly Teams?
To put it simply: YES — The Dahlia provides a massive power boost to Firefly.
The Dahlia is practically tailor-made for Firefly’s Super Break playstyle. Firefly can easily trigger and fully benefit from nearly all of The Dahlia’s buffs, making her one of the best possible supports for the team.
Replacing an E0S1 Ruan Mei with an E0S0 Dahlia in a Firefly team results in over a 30% damage increase, a highly noticeable improvement.

For players who do not use the Trailblazer (Harmony/Remembrance) and do not need them in Memory of Chaos lineups, pulling The Dahlia is also a reasonable choice.
If you’re a Firefly player and have already invested heavily into Break teams, pulling E0S0 Dahlia will significantly strengthen the entire setup. If you have extra pulls to spare, E2S1 Dahlia further enhances the team with more consistent upgrades.
For low-spending or F2P players, unless you strongly intend to use Break teams to clear difficult content, I would recommend waiting for the new characters and systems coming in version 4.0.
| Is Dahlia Good for Rappa and Boothill Teams?
To be completely honest, The Dahlia isn’t particularly suitable for Rappa or Boothill players. They can’t fully take advantage of her strength — dealing significant damage before an enemy’s Toughness is actually broken. Since The Dahlia’s kit is essentially designed as a dedicated support for Firefly, it’s very difficult for Rappa or Boothill to fully benefit from her support mechanics.

While pulling The Dahlia does provide some improvement for both Rappa and Boothill, the gains are minimal compared to what she offers Firefly. And with version 4.0 approaching, it’s hard to justify the investment unless you really like Rappa and Boothill and want to squeeze out a bit more damage from them.
Otherwise, I would strongly recommend saving your pulls for the new characters in 4.0, which will offer far better value for your resources.
| Conclusion

The Dahlia is a top-tier support for Firefly, capable of boosting Weakness Break efficiency, enabling Super Break damage even before enemies are Weakness Broken, and providing significant team-wide utility. For Firefly players, pulling her is highly recommended.
For Rappa or Boothill users, the benefits are limited, and F2P or low-spending players may prefer to save pulls for the upcoming 4.0 banner.
