▍Cerydra Role Overview
Who is Cerydra in Honkai: Star Rail?
Cerydra is an upcoming playable character in Honkai: Star Rail, hailing from the mysterious and long-lost Northern Empire — a frozen land still burning with ambitions of conquest.
Known as the Sovereign of the Northern Empire and the Chrysos Heir, Cerydra wields the Coreflame of “Law”, an ancient power that guides her pursuit of judgment and order. Lore hints suggest she will challenge the gods, pass judgment on the faithless, and carve her destiny through the flames of war — all in the name of the Flame-Chase.

▍Cerydra Skill (V3 V5)
King's Castling|Basic ATK (lv6)
Deals Wind DMG equal to 100% of Cerydra's ATK to one designated enemy target.
Pawn's Promotion (lv 10)
Grants "Military Merit" to one designated ally character and give Cerydra 1 points of Charge. Maximum Charge is 8 points. When Charge reaches 6 points, "Military Merit" automatically upgrades to "Peerage" and dispels their Crowd Control debuff. Characters with "Peerage" are considered as also having "Military Merit."
Characters with "Peerage" gain 72% CRIT DMG for Skill DMG, and trigger a Coup de Main when using their Skill on enemies. When Cerydra is in the Departed state, the All-Type RES PEN of the Skill DMG dealt by the character with "Peerage" increases by 10%. After Coup de Main ends, consumes 6 points of Charge to revert "Peerage" back to "Military Merit."

Freeze, Entanglement, Imprisonment, Dominated, Outrage, Strong Reverberation, Alien Dream, Snarelock, Terrified.
-Coup de Main
Copy and immediately use the ability about to be used, then use the original ability.
Coup de Main won't trigger Coup de Main again.
-Departed
Targets in the Departed state cannot be designated as ability targets and will not appear in the Action Order.
Scholar's Mate|Ultimate (lv10)
Gains 2 Charge. Deals Wind DMG equal to 240% of Cerydra's ATK to all enemies. If there are no characters with "Military Merit" on the field, prioritizes granting "Military Merit" to the character in position 1 in the team lineup.
Ave Imperator|Talent (lv10)
Characters with "Military Merit" increase their ATK by an amount equal to 24% of Cerydra's ATK. When the character uses Basic ATK or Skill, Cerydra gains 1 Charge(s). Cerydra cannot gain Charges while Coup de Main is in effect. After characters with "Military Merit" use an attack, Cerydra deals 1 additional instance of Wind Additional DMG equal to 60% of her ATK. This effect can be triggered up to 20 time(s). The trigger count resets whenever Cerydra uses her Ultimate. "Military Merit" only takes effect on the most recently applied target. When the target changes, Cerydra's Charge is reset to 0.
Additional DMG
Causes the target being hit to take extra DMG, which is not considered an attack.
Attack
Attacks an enemy, and when the battle starts, reduces their Toughness of the corresponding Type.
First-Move Advantage|Technique
After using Technique, gains "Military Merit." When switching active characters, "Military Merit" transfers to the current active character. At the start of the next battle, automatically use Skill 1 time on the character with "Military Merit" without consuming any Skill Points.

When Cerydra's ATK is greater than 2000, for every 100 ATK exceeded, increases this unit's CRIT DMG by 18%, up to a maximum of 360%.
Vidi
Increases Cerydra's CRIT Rate by 100%. While Cerydra's Charge is less than maximum, Cerydra gains 1 point(s) of Charge when a character with "Military Merit" uses their Ultimate. This effect can only be triggered once per battle.
Vici
When using a Skill, increases the SPD of this unit and teammates with "Military Merit" by 20 for 3 turn(s). When a character with "Military Merit" uses Basic ATK or Skill, Cerydra regenerates 5 Energy.

1 Seize the Crowns of All
Characters with "Military Merit" ignore 16% of their target's DEF when dealing DMG. If the "Military Merit" state is upgraded to the "Peerage" state, the character additionally ignores 20% of the target's DEF when dealing Skill DMG. When Cerydra uses her Skill, regenerates 2 Energy for the designated ally target.
2 Forge the Dreams of Many
Characters with "Military Merit" deal 40% more DMG. While a teammate with "Military Merit" is on the field, Cerydra's DMG increases by 160%.
3 Torch the Laws of Old
Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.
4 Remake the Realms of Men
Increases Ultimate DMG multiplier by 240%.
5 Help and Hurt Repaid in Full
Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
6 A Journey Set Starward
Characters with "Military Merit" increase their All-Type RES PEN by 20%, and the multiplier for Additional DMG triggered via "Military Merit" increases by 300%. While a teammate with "Military Merit" is present on the field, Cerydra's All-Type RES PEN increases by 20%.
Additional DMG
Causes the target being hit to take extra DMG, which is not considered an attack.
