Pardoned Shackles:
Promeia throws her cloak when using certain attacks, continuously slicing enemies and dealing Ice DMG.Prometheus can walk slowly while the cloak is thrown.Tap during this state to directly connect into the 5th attack of Normal Attack: Offensive Slant.Being attacked during this state automatically triggers Perfect Evasion. The evasion effect can trigger at most once every 20 seconds.

Tap to execute: Performs a quick dash evasion. Grants invincibility during the move.

Tap to execute when Noise Level reaches Max: Unleashes multi-hit attacks forward, dealing massive Ice DMG. When a Heavy Hit strikes an enemy under Ice Anomaly, Ether Anomaly, Electric Anomaly, Fire Anomaly, or Physical Anomaly, trigger 1 Anomaly Release effect, dealing 780% of the corresponding Attribute Anomaly DMG. When a Heavy Hit strikes an enemy under Wind Anomaly, trigger a special Shattering Frost Current effect, dealing Ice Anomaly DMG equal to 46.6% of the original Shattering Frost Current. The damage source is Prometheus, and damage from this Shattering Frost Current is also considered Anomaly Release DMG.Grants invincibility during the move.

If Promeia's base Anomaly Mastery exceeds 160, each point above 160 increases Anomaly Proficiency by 1.6.Prometheus regenerates 2 Frost Erosion Gauge per second. Hitting enemies with different attacks restores a certain amount of Frost Erosion Gauge. When a party member triggers Freeze, Turmoil, Turbulence, or Enhanced Special Art: Executioner's Shadow Vanish, restore an additional 5/5/5/5 Frost Erosion Gauge respectively. Max Frost Erosion Gauge stack: 100.
When the finishing hit of Enhanced Special Art: Executioner's Verdict strikes an enemy under an Attribute Anomaly, consume 50 Frost Erosion Gauge and trigger different effects based on the enemy's Attribute Anomaly:
When hitting an enemy under Ice Anomaly, Ether Anomaly, Electric Anomaly, Fire Anomaly, or Physical Anomaly, trigger 1 Anomaly Release effect, dealing a fixed 240% of the corresponding Attribute Anomaly DMG.
If this Enhanced Special Art: Executioner's Verdict is triggered after Enhanced Special Art: Executioner's Frost Plunge, trigger an additional 1 Anomaly Release effect, dealing a fixed 240% of the corresponding Attribute Anomaly DMG.
If this Enhanced Special Art: Executioner's Verdict is triggered after Enhanced Special Art: Executioner's Heavy Frost, trigger an additional 2 Anomaly Release effects, dealing a fixed 240% and 75% of the corresponding Attribute Anomaly DMG respectively.
When hitting an enemy under Wind Anomaly, trigger a special Shattering Frost Current effect, dealing Ice Anomaly DMG equal to 18% of the original Shattering Frost Current. Damage source: Prometheus. Damage from this special Shattering Frost Current is also considered Anomaly Release DMG. This special Shattering Frost Current does not restore Frost Erosion Gauge.
If this Enhanced Special Art: Executioner's Verdict is triggered after Enhanced Special Art: Executioner's Frost Plunge / Enhanced Special Art: Executioner's Heavy Frost, the Shattering Frost Current effect is increased to 36% / 41.5% of the original Shattering Frost Current Ice Anomaly DMG respectively.
Additional Ability: Frost Drinker
Triggered when there is another Anomaly character or Support character in the party: When activating Enhanced Special Art, Promeia's Ice accumulation efficiency increases by 40% for 30s. Triggering again refreshes the duration.When Promeia’s attack hits an enemy, the enemy gains the Biting Frost state. Enemies under Biting Frost have their Imbalance recovery speed reduced by 20% for 30s. Triggering again refreshes the duration.
