▍New Agent: Ukinami Yuzuha
*Pull Recommendation: Recommended. Must-pull for Anomaly DPS teams.
Yuzuha is the second limited S-Rank Support Agent. Like Astra Yao, she boasts the advantages of being easy to use, highly versatile, and very powerful. You can think of her as the Astra Yao for Anomaly teams.
Yuzuha primarily fits into Anomaly teams. While she can work in Strike teams, it's less ideal, but her sheer stats still make her better than most A-Rank Supports.
Even if you have Astra Yao, you can still pull for Yuzuha to field them on two different teams, solving the problem of Astra Yao being in high demand.
If you play Anomaly DPS Agents like Miyabi, Jane Doe, Ynagi, Vivian, Burnice, or plan to pull for Alice in the second half, then Yuzuha is highly recommended.
Even if you don’t play Anomaly DPS right now, pulling Ukinami Yuzuha isn’t a bad idea, as you might play Anomaly teams in the future. Shiyu Defense and Hollow Special Operation Section 6 (Crisis) environments sometimes favor Strike teams and sometimes Anomaly teams, so it’s best to have teams for both systems.
▍Yuzuha's Exclusive W-Engine: Metanukimorphosis
*Pull Recommendation: Can skip if low on Monochromes.
Besides her Exclusive W-Engine, Yuzuha can also use the permanent S-Rank W-Engine Weeping Cradle or the A-Rank W-Engine Kaboom the Cannon. You’ll likely have both of these if you’ve played for a while.
Yuzuha's Mindscape Cinema boosts the whole team’s Anomaly Proficiency, Anomaly DMG, and Disorder DMG based on her Anomaly Mastery. Without her Exclusive W-Engine, you might not max out this bonus, but it doesn’t significantly impact her usability. Ukinami Yuzuha at 0+0 is perfectly viable.
▍Rerun Agent: Miyabi
*Pull Recommendation: Must-pull.
The power scaling for DPS Agents in Zenless Zone Zero works like this: other DPS Agents inflate slightly or not at all, while Void Hunters and Void Hunter-grade DPS Agents inflate significantly. Currently, the only two Void Hunter-grade powerhouses are Miyabi and Yushan (Yixuan). So, even though Miyabi is an older rerun character, she remains one of the top-tier DPS Agents and is highly recommended.
Even if you have other Ice DPS Agents like Ellen or Hugo, or other Anomaly DPS Agents like Ynagi, Miyabi is still recommended. Pulling Miyabi means you can guarantee full stars for one side in Shiyu Defense and Hollow Special Operation Section 6 (Crisis). She easily defeats Ice-weak enemies, and even against non-Ice-weak enemies without Ice resistance, she performs exceptionally well.
▍Miyabi's Exclusive W-Engine: Hailstorm Shrine
*Pull Recommendation: Recommended.
Whether to pull a character's Exclusive W-Engine mainly depends on two points: 1) How strong is the weapon, and how big is the gap compared to other W-Engines? 2) Is the corresponding Agent used frequently? If the Agent isn’t used much, pulling their weapon is even less necessary.
Hailstorm Shrine clearly satisfies both points. First, Miyabi is very strong; if you pull her, you’ll use her frequently, making it worth investing in her gear. Second, Miyabi is a unique Anomaly DPS who doesn’t primarily deal Anomaly Attribute DMG. Instead, like a Strike DPS, she focuses on direct CRIT DMG.
Hailstorm Shrine provides high CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG, perfectly suiting Miyabi. Other Anomaly W-Engines not only lack these stats, but their provided Anomaly Mastery and Anomaly Proficiency offer little benefit to Miyabi.
