Elemental Skill - Windbound Excution

Elemental Burst - Northwind Avatar
In the name of the mightiest Knight of the North Wind, Varka unleashes a powerful twin slash Havoc, dealing Anemo DMG twice.
If there is a Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo character in the party, the first slash will deal the corresponding Elemental DMG according to the priority of these elements.

Additionally, if there are at least 2 Anemo characters in the party, or at least 2 characters of the same Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo element, Varka's Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, Plunging Gale's End, Four Winds Arise, Azure Devour, and I Am the Northwind DMG are increased by 140%.
If both conditions are simultaneously met—at least 2 Anemo characters and at least 2 characters of the same Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo element—the damage is increased to 220%.
Wind's Vanguard
When nearly party members trigger Swirl, Varka gains 1 stack of "Azure Fang".
Four Winds Arise, Charged Attack Azure Devour, and Four Winds Arise in Gale Rush Mode by 7.5%.
This effect lasts 8 seconds and can be stacked up to 4 times. Each character can grant 1 stack through this effect.
Wind Homebound Wind's Paean
For each Mondstadt character in the party, the cooldown of Varka's Elemental Skill is reduced by 5%.

Four Winds' Ascension
Varka's special Elemental Skill that deals AoE corresponding Elemental DMG with the right-hand greatsword and AoE Anemo DMG with the left-hand greatsword.
- While in Gale Rush Mode, hitting enemies with Normal Attacks reduces Four Winds Arise's cooldown by 0.5 seconds. This effect can trigger up to 15 times per entry into Gale Rush Mode.
