Elemental Skill - Plunging Gale's End

Leaps forward and slashes, dealing AoE Anemo DMG and entering Gale Rush Mode. While in Gale Rush Mode, Varka's Normal Attack DMG is increased. When there is a Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo character in the party, Varka gains 10% Anemo DMG bonus and a corresponding Elemental DMG bonus for every 100 EM, based on the priority of these elements. The DMG bonus from this effect cannot exceed 25%.
Additionally, if there are at least 2 Anemo characters in the party, or at least 2 characters of the same Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo element, Varka's Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, Plunging Gale's End, Four Winds Arise, Azure Devour, and I Am the Northwind DMG are increased by 140%.
If both conditions are simultaneously met—at least 2 Anemo characters and at least 2 characters of the same Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo element—the damage is increased to 220%.

When nearly party members trigger Swirl, Varka gains 1 stack of "Azure Fang".
Four Winds Arise, Charged Attack Azure Devour, and Four Winds Arise in Gale Rush Mode by 7.5%.
This effect lasts 8 seconds and can be stacked up to 4 times. Each character can grant 1 stack through this effect.

Witch's Evere Rite - Morning Reign
After completing Witch's Homework: Untitled Question, Varka becomes a Hexerei character. When there are at least 2 Hexerei characters in the party, they gain the Hexerei Secret Set effect, enhancing their abilities.
Four Winds Arise is enhanced: while in Gale Rush Mode, when Varka's Normal Attacks hit enemies, the cooldown of Four Winds Arise is reduced by 1 second.
What is Four Winds Arise?
Varka's special Elemental Skill that deals AoE corresponding Elemental DMG with the right-hand greatsword and AoE Anemo DMG with the left-hand greatsword.
- While in Gale Rush Mode, hitting enemies with Normal Attacks reduces Four Winds Arise's cooldown by 0.5 seconds. This effect can trigger up to 15 times per entry into Gale Rush Mode.
- Additionally, Varka can consume one use of Four Winds Arise to perform the special Charged Attack Azure Devour, which does not consume Stamina, dealing 2 hits of the corresponding right-hand Elemental DMG and 2 hits of Anemo DMG.

Additionally, the effect from the talent "Vanguard of the Wind Banner" - Azure Fang is strengthened: each stack of Azure Fang increases Varka's Crit DMG by 15%.
