By default, Ascendant also satisfies Nascent effects.

When non-Moonsign characters use a Skill/Burst, they increase all allies’ Lunar Reaction DMG based on their element & stats, up to +36% (does not stack).
· Pyro/Electro/Cryo: +1.2% per 100 ATK
· Hydro: +0.8% per 1000 HP
· Geo: +1.2% per 100 DEF
· Dendro/Anemo: +3% per 100 EM
