The event will last for the entire "Luna I" version, until October 21st. New players who create an account after this version will also be able to claim a character in subsequent versions.

The characters available for selection are Keqing, Diluc, Dehya, Qiqi, Jean, Mona, Tighnari, and Yumemizuki Mizuki, for a total of eight characters. Next, we will discuss which of these characters are the most recommended to prioritize.
| Which Free 5-star Character to Pick
1. Pick a 5-Star Character That Is Nearing or Has Reached C6
If you already have a standard 5-star character at or close to max constellations (C6), it is recommended to prioritize acquiring them to obtain a Masterless Stella Fortuna.
After a 5-star character reaches C6, obtaining another constellation will grant a Masterless Stella Fortuna Stardust. This item can be used to level up any character from level 90 to a higher level. After leveling up, the character's core stats and reaction coefficients for transformative reactions will be improved.
2. Pick a Character You Don't Have
If you are missing some characters from this group of eight permanent 5-star characters, it's recommended to prioritize acquiring one that you don't yet own.
A new character, Yumemizuki Mizuki, has been added to this permanent selection. Most players did not get Hishi during her last character banner, so this is a great opportunity to acquire her and unlock her entry in your character archive.
From a meta perspective, having one more character gives you another "ticket" to the Imaginarium Theater. As a Swirl support, Mizuki will have a chance to shine in the "Nordklay" version, which focuses on transformative reactions.

The most recommended characters to get constellations for are Mona, Jean, Tighnari, and Dehya.
• For Mona, her C1 and C4 are highly recommended. C1 increases the damage of Hydro-related reactions, and in the current version, it can also boost the damage of the "Lunar" Electro-Charged reaction, which is a great damage-increasing talent. Her C4 increases the Crit Rate for characters attacking enemies affected by her Elemental Burst, making it a very good constellation for Mona.
• Jean's C2 and C4 are both excellent constellations. C2 increases attack speed and movement speed, and it can stack with other characters' movement abilities. C4 is a rare Anemo RES Reduction ability.
• Dehya's C2 extends the duration of her Elemental Skill, enhancing her survivability and off-field Pyro application. Her C6 significantly boosts her damage output, making her comparable to a C2 limited-banner DPS character.
• Tighnari's constellations provide a good boost among the standard characters. His C1 and C6 are both excellent DPS constellations, with C6 significantly increasing his personal damage.
The other four characters—Keqing, Diluc, Qiqi, and Yumemizuki Mizuki—are considered "complete" at C0, meaning the boost from higher constellations is relatively small. Therefore, we do not recommend prioritizing their constellations.
