Hello, Travelers!
Travelers’ journey across Teyvat’s seven nations culminates in Snezhnaya, the final frozen realm.
This frigid land hosts two unique creature types: ancient native fae, and bizarre artificial Chimaeras born from Snezhnaya’s biological alchemy. Players will face these new foes while exploring the 7.0 Snezhnaya map.
Here is a full introduction to Snezhnaya’s new hostile creatures.

Stocky tundra beasts with immense upper-body strength. Specializes in heavy projectile throws and excels in raw physical combat.

Loyal canine Volkodlak. Usually docile, but flies into a ferocious rage to protect allies. Earned the Tsaritsa’s favor for its bravery in ancient wars.

Stealthy cloaked Volkodlak born from golden kingdom creation experiments. Extremely agile on snow terrain and adept at ambushes.

Cunning Volkodlak skilled at disguising weapons and cargo. Delivers intelligence and supplies, and uses firework-like signal rounds to summon reinforcements.

Rare, high-rank Volkodlak carrying noble ancient bloodlines. Possesses devastating charging power but rarely forms stable clans.

Once a powerful clan under the Beast Lord. Suspected and suppressed after the White Tsar’s unification, now wanders remote snowfields and forests.

Female ice spirits born from blizzards. They master frost magic and are said to possess incomplete souls that once sought human love to attain perfection.

Male ice spirits that forge icy armaments for melee combat. Legends record one once unleashed forbidden power during the Black Corrosion campaign.

Young, undeveloped forest spirits. Slow-moving and capable of casting binding vines and frost spores.

Ancient, intelligent tree spirits born from the golden age’s perfected life arts. Can manipulate woodland vegetation for offense and defense.

Biological alchemical Chimaera built for frontal assault. Equipped with heavy carapace armor. Defies natural rules and now hunts in packs across tundras.

Subterranean Chimaera with superior dark vision. Digs underground traps and ambushes prey at night. Folktales tell of giant-sized individuals.

Flying Chimaera originally created for terrain traversal. Served alongside wind sylphs as messengers during the ancient black beast tide war.

Unique irregular Chimaera. Self-assembled from fragmented life tissue and gained innate elemental abilities beyond alchemical design.

A byproduct forged during the alchemist Kashey’s experiments to create the entity known as the Firebird.
This grim alchemist adhered to a cold custom: whenever one specimen within a batch yielded successful results, all remaining subjects would be cast aside without hesitation. This creation, meant to assimilate gathered power and attain its complete form, was discarded prematurely.
Mindless and incomplete, its elemental core can continuously reconstruct its physical shell even after its body is shattered. It cannot be permanently slain, doomed to wander aimlessly within remote mountain gorges for all eternity.

A product of biological alchemy and one among many discarded Chimaeras.
To fulfill a grand aspiration, an alchemist cultivated numerous primal prototypes using an indescribable, forbidden technique known only as the Originals.
Among all prototypes, only one matured into the perfect form envisioned by the plan. The rest, nearly complete yet ultimately flawed specimens, were arbitrarily remolded into countless two-headed Chimaeras.
Though deemed failed creations, these unique dual-headed Chimaeras wield tremendous power. No other synthetic construct can rival their strength. The leonine head commands Anemo, while the avian owl head wields Electro, each possessing an independent consciousness. If one head is broken, the remaining consciousness will break free from restraint and descend into unbridled fury.
Together, these fae and Chimaeras fully showcase the unique charm of Snezhnaya’s ecology, recording the nation’s ancient natural heritage as well as the ambition and taboos of its alchemical civilization, making travelers eagerly anticipate the arrival of the Snezhnaya update.
