| HSR 3.7 Cyrene

Role & Mechanism

Cyrene is a 5★ Ice Remembrance character, offering solid support capabilities. She is a support character who relies on her allies’ actions or her own skills to charge her Ultimate. Cyrene can restore Ultimate Energy for the team and boost overall damage. While she is on the field, all allies gain increased damage, and when she uses her Skill, it allows teammates’ attacks to deal additional true damage.

Furthermore, Cyrene provides special enhancement effects for Chrysos Heirs, granting them unique buffs through her synergy.

Pull Recommendation

· If your team includes multiple Chrysos Heirs characters, Cyrene is worth pulling. She is a specialized support unit for Chrysos Heirs-based teams and can significantly enhance their overall performance.

· However, if you don’t play with the Chrysos Heirs system or don’t own many Chrysos Heirs characters, it’s not recommended to pull for her. Making Cyrene a universal support requires investing heavily in her Eidolons, which demands a high resource cost.

| HSR 3.7 Castorice

Role & Mechanism

Castorice is a 5★ Quantum Remembrance character in Honkai: Star Rail. She generates Newbuds through ally HP loss and healing to summon a Memosprite. The Memosprite scales with her Max HP and detonates after acting, delivering AoE damage, making Castorice a core DPS for Remembrance teams. 

Pull Recommendation

· If your team already includes E1 Castorice, you might consider pulling for her E2. Alternatively, if you already have E2 Castorice, it’s worth considering pulling for her signature Light Cone to maximize her potential.

· However, if your resources are limited, and you don’t own Castorice or have an incomplete Remembrance team setup, it’s not recommended to pull. With Version 4.0 approaching, new systems and mechanics will be introduced. Based on Honkai: Star Rail’s past update patterns, older main DPS characters tend to fall behind as new versions release stronger units. Therefore, it might be wiser to save your resources for the new team systems coming in the 4.0 era.

| HSR 3.7 Hyacine

Role & Mechanism

Hyacine is a 5★ Wind Remembrance character. She provides HP bonuses to all allies, greatly enhancing the team’s survivability. Her Skill can also remove debuffs from teammates, offering strong support and stability to the entire squad.

Pull Recommendation

· If you’re a Remembrance team player and don’t yet have Hyacine, she is highly recommended. Hyacine is an essential member of this team archetype and provides crucial support.

· If your team often struggles with survivability and you lack reliable sustain or defensive characters, pulling for Hyacine is also strongly advised.

| HSR 3.7 Tribbie

Role & Mechanism

Tribbie, is a Quantum Harmony unit known for her All-Type Penetration buff and field-based follow-up attacks.

As a universal buffer, Tribbie fits into many team comps and performs well in both single-target and AoE scenarios.

Pull Recommendation

· If your team already includes E0 Tribbie, consider upgrading her to E1 for a noticeable performance boost.

· If you currently lack a versatile support character, Tribbie is a great choice. Even at E0, when paired with the 4-star Light Cone “Dance! Dance! Dance!”, she can unleash powerful support capabilities—offering excellent value for cost.

· However, if your team already has reliable support options, there’s no need to pull. It’s recommended to save your resources for Version 4.0, which will introduce powerful new support units for upcoming team systems.

| HSR 3.7 Phainon

Role & Mechanism

Phainon is the standout Physical DPS of the Amphoreus patch.His mechanics are straightforward — he and his allies build up “Scourge”, and once 12 Embers are accumulated, he can activate his Ultimate, entering an Empowered Mode with 8 extra turns for relentless solo damage output.

Pull Recommendation

Similar to Castorice:

· If your team already includes E1 Phainon, consider pulling for E2. If you already have E2 Phainon, you might also consider pulling for his signature Light Cone.

· If your resources are limited and you either don’t own Phainon or only have E0, it’s not recommended to pull. E0 Phainon doesn’t perform particularly well. With Version 4.0 approaching, new systems and mechanics will be introduced. Historically, older main DPS characters tend to lose relevance as newer and stronger units are released. Thus, it’s better to save your resources for upcoming 4.0 characters and new team systems.

| HSR 3.7 Cipher

Role & Mechanism

Cipher is a 5★ Quantum Nihility character. As a sub-DPS, her core mechanic revolves around recording the team’s total damage and then converting it into True Damage via her Ultimate. She can also inflict Weaken and provide a strong Vulnerability effect, making her flexible and compatible with many team compositions.

Pull Recommendation

Not recommended to pull. While Cipher has decent supportive capabilities and can fit into nearly any team, she is not worth the investment. If you already own her and have surplus resources, you may consider pulling for her signature Light Cone to further enhance her performance.

| HSR 3.7 Mydei

Role & Mechanism

Mydei is a 5★ Imaginary Destruction Path character. He focuses on self-HP consumption to charge and unleash AoE (spread) damage. Despite being a self-damaging DPS, Mydei boasts excellent survivability thanks to high max HP, self-healing, and a revive (immortality) mechanic, giving him higher tolerance and consistency compared to other main DPS characters.

Pull Recommendation

· If you already have a complete Mydei-based team and own Mydei himself, it’s worth investing in his Eidolons (E1, E2) since they significantly boost his performance. Prioritize pulling Eidolons first, then consider his signature Light Cone afterward.
