Illuga Profile
Illuga is being described as a young and righteous Ratnik of the Lightkeepers. He is worried that Flins might die alone on the island far from the Lightkeeper's headquarters and human knowledge. Therefore, he regularly brings various supplies and work documents to check on Flins.
Flins describes him as "clever and capable" and calls him "Young Master".
He is the son of Nikita, the current Starshyna.

Normal Attack — Oath taking Spear Technique
Normal Attack
Performs up to 5 consecutive spear strikes.
Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to lunge forward, dealing damage to opponents along the way.
Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Elemental Skill — Dawn-Breaking Messenger
Summons A’dong, a faithful messenger-bird who fights alongside her.
Tap or Hold to command different attacks:
Tap:
A’dong dives forward, striking enemies in its path and dealing Geo DMG.
Hold:
Enter aiming mode to mark a target.
A’dong charges toward the marked enemy, dealing Geo DMG on impact.
A’dong is a sentinel born in coexistence with the Moonforce, a steadfast guardian of this land—unbowed even before the ferocity of the Wild Hunt.
Cooldown: 15.0s
Elemental Burst — Light Unshadowed
Ignites her lantern, dealing AoE Geo DMG, and grants the “Nightingale’s Nocturne” effect for 20s.
During Nightingale’s Nocturne:
• Illuga gains 21 stacks of Nightingale’s Song
• When the active nearby party member deals Geo DMG with
— Normal Attack / Charged Attack / Plunging Attack / Elemental Skill / Elemental Burst:
— Consumes 1 stack to increase the damage, scaling with Illuga’s Elemental Mastery
— If the damage is Lunar Crystallization Reaction DMG, the increase is further enhanced
If the attack hits multiple enemies, stacks are consumed based on the number of enemies hit.
Additionally:
• If Illuga casts this Burst while there are Geo Constructs created by nearby party members present on the field,
• While Nightingale’s Nocturne is active and such Geo Constructs are created, Illuga gains +5 Nightingale’s Song stacks per Geo Construct, up to +15 stacks per Burst cast, within 20s.
When all stacks are consumed, or when the duration ends, Nightingale’s Nocturne is removed.

The effect gained after Illuga casts Light Unshadowed, boosting Geo DMG dealt by the active character.

While Illuga is on the field, when Geo-related reactions are triggered, she restores 12 Elemental Energy.
This effect can occur once every 15s.
C2 Branch-Devouring Roe
During Nightingale’s Nocturne: For every 7 stacks of Nightingale’s Song consumed
• Illuga summons A’dong to strike a nearby enemy, dealing Geo DMG equal to 400% of Illuga’s Elemental Mastery + 200% of her DEF
C4 Sun-Chasing Wolf
While Nightingale’s Nocturne is active, the active nearby party member gains +200 DEF.
C6 Night-Warden Nightingale
Enhances the Passive Talent Pact of the Lanternbearer (Oath of the Lamp):
• Geo DMG dealt gains:
CRIT Rate +10% → (instead of 5%)
CRIT DMG +30% → (instead of 10%)
Moonsign・Ascendant Gleam:
Characters affected by Oath of the Lamp gain +80 Elemental Mastery.
