| Character Build Role
Durin is a 5-star Pyro Sword character whose Ascension Bonus is CRIT DMG. He is positioned as an Off-field Pyro Sub-DPS + Support with a unique "Black/White Dual Ultimate" mechanism. He can flexibly adapt to various teams and combat environments, and is being called a "Bigger Xiangling" or "Xiangling's Superior Alternative."

Elemental Skill (E):
E + E: Enters the "Confirmation of Purity" (White) state, suited for AoE damage and Support.
E + A (Normal Attack): Enters the "Denial of Darkness" (Black) state, suited for single-target burst and Amplifying Reactions.
Entering a state restores a fixed 33 Energy. The empowered state allows for the release of the corresponding Elemental Burst.
Elemental Burst (Q):
Principle of Purity: As the Light Shifts (White State): Summons the Dragon of White Flame, which periodically attacks surrounding enemies for 20 seconds. Suitable for Transformative Reaction teams (e.g, Overloaded, Burning).
Principle of Darkness: As the Stars Smolder (Black State): Summons the Dragon of Dark Decay, which periodically attacks a single enemy for 20 seconds. Suitable for Amplifying Reaction teams (e.g, Vaporize, Melt).
Recommended Rotation:
AoE / Support: E + E + Q (White).
Single-Target / Burst: E + A + Q (Black).

Talents:
Recommended priority is to level Elemental Skill (E) and Elemental Burst (Q) first. Normal Attack can be left unleveled.
Passive Talents:
Chaos Formed Like the Night: Increases Elemental Burst Base DMG by up to 1000 (about 2000 ATK when maxed)
Witch's Eve Ritual: Hymn of Ascension: When 2 Magic-Wielding characters are present in the party, Resistance Shred effect is increased to 35%, and Vaporize/Melt Reaction DMG Bonus is increased to 70%.
Constellations:
C1: White State increases the on-field character's DMG; Black State increases Durin's own Burst DMG.
C2: After the entire party triggers a Pyro-related reaction, they gain a 50% Pyro DMG Bonus and a corresponding Elemental DMG Bonus for the reaction's element.
C4: C1 effect duration/stacks are doubled.
C6: Elemental Burst ignores 30% of the opponent's DEF. Additionally, the White Burst provides an extra 30% DEF reduction to enemies, and the Black Burst provides an extra 40% DEF ignore.
